By enrolling in The Therapist + Coach Training ("the Program") offered by Steady Within Counseling ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.
The Therapist + Coach Training is a 12-week group coaching and training program that includes:
Program content, schedule, and specific deliverables are subject to reasonable modifications at the discretion of the instructor to better serve participants.
The founding cohort tuition is $2,999. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of enrollment.
Payment is non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details, attended a consultation call (if applicable), and are making an informed decision to participate.
If you need to withdraw from the program for any reason, you will retain access to all recorded sessions and materials provided up to that point, but no refund will be issued.
All live calls are recorded and made available to participants. While live attendance is encouraged for maximum benefit, you are not required to attend every session live.
You are responsible for your own engagement and implementation of the training materials. The value you receive from this program is directly related to the effort and attention you invest.
All course materials, recordings, templates, frameworks, and content provided in this program are the intellectual property of Steady Within Counseling and are protected by copyright law.

This is a coaching and business training program, not therapy or clinical supervision.
While participants are licensed therapists and the training teaches coaching skills, the group coaching calls and training sessions do not constitute:
You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support if you need therapy, clinical supervision, or other professional services.
While this program provides training, tools, and support for building a coaching practice, we make no guarantees about your specific results, income, or business outcomes.
Your results will depend on many factors including but not limited to: your effort, business acumen, market conditions, niche selection, client acquisition skills, and ability to implement what you learn.
Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies shared are not typical results and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of your earnings.
Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other participants during coaching calls.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines or creates a disruptive environment, without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady Within Counseling and Ashley Jangro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in this program.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify participants via email. Your continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
